Adding a Video To The Encoding Queue
Adobe Flash CS3 Video Encoder is a stand-alone video encoding application that lets you to encode video in .FLV format. The FLV format lets you easily integrate video into a web page or Flash document in a format that support Adobe Flash Player. You can select individual files and specify different settings , or you can select multiple files and specify the same settings for all of them when you configuring video encoding settings. Now lets see how to make this action. Here Is a example baseline which we recommend you to follow when add a video to encoding queue.
1. Start Flash Video Encoder by selecting Start > All Programs > Adobe Flash Video Encoder ,or open the folder that contains the Adobe Flash Video Encoder application, and double click the application icon.
2. In the Flash Video Encoder, add source video clips to the list of files to encode by clicking Add (File > Add) and selecting one or more files on your computer.
3. Click Settings (Edit > Encoding Settings) to display the Flash Video Encoding Settings dialog box. You see that FLASH provides several configured profiles that you can use to encode your video. In this panel you can select the profile you want to use and to see the different options of level of compression of video. The interesting is that there are several profiles for encoding based on the FLASH player support. For example there are profiles for FLASH Player8, for FLASH Player 7 etc. Verify that the selected encoding profile is appropriate for your needs.
4. Enter a file name of your projects because the application will name it same as the name of the source video. Be sure that you specified the destination directory. Important is to know that you haven’t to write.flv extension in the file name, because the application will do this automatically.
5. Click the other tabs to further adjust the encoding settings, embed cue points, or modify the video clip's size or playback length using the crop and trim controls.
6. Click OK to close dialog box and then click Start Queue to start the video encoding.
